Clients have current SEP, but SEPM doesn't show it.

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I have several clients that have the latest SEP definitions and scans. In SEPM, they show their last status change as basically now, but they show in SEPM as Not Scanned, Not Reporting Status, and out of date definitions.

Not sure what the problem with SEPM is, but I can't find anything that works in the forums.

We're using WDS, and the SEP client is being pushed by GPO.

If you do a search does the client show up multiple times. Is the green dot showing on the client?

The green dot shows in the listing, and in the search.

So it looks to have installed...what is showing on the client? Green dot as well?

if you open the client and go to Help >> Troubleshooting, does it show as connected to your SEPM?

You should have SCCM from microsoft to pull those kinds of reports, sep does not have that functionality as of now.

Please don't forget to mark your thread solved with whatever answer helped you : ) Rafeeq

@shish, I've tried that and it didn't do anything. I think it's taking forever for these systems to send the info back to the SEPM. All the computers are good and they see their GUP/SEPM. I'm confused, but I guess it's a wait and see with SEPM.

Ok, I did something and it appears correctly. I moved the computer to and empty group, and moved it back to its original group. It shows the information correctly.
