    Bonjour, 

    Je constate que beaucoup de postes clients ont un état "hors-ligne" dans SEP Manager (à partir du 11 juin).

    Pour information mon manager est en 12.1.3001.165 et mes clients la plupart en 12.1.20015.2015 (Le restes des postes sont en 11.0.5002.333 et 12.1.3001.165)

    Je pense qu'il y a un rapport avec les mises à jours microsoft.

    Quelqu'un à des informations à ce sujet? Comment-faire pour voir de nouveau ces postes avec l'état connecté? Je précise que je peux toujours faire des ping sur tous les postes devenus "hors-ligne"

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager displays clients as offline even though the client is showing online

    You can try to replace sylink.xml and check client status

    I don't have exactly the same problem. In my case, the "Last Time Status" is not current but blocked between 11-17th June.

    I don't want to change my SAP Manager so i think it's not a good idea to change XML file.

    The solution provided in the subject was to reinstall the Manager and restore the database. it does not help me.
    I noticed that my customers do not have the service "Symantec Endpoint Protection" service. In addition, "Symantec Management Client" and "SNAC" are disabled.

    When I try to deploy packet it doesn't work. (remote and with usb stick).

    When I try to launch SylinkDrop nothing appear.

    The only solution i found is unistall and reinstall the client. I have to find something else because I'have almost one hundred computers in this case...

     

    I join as attachment a screenshot. It comes from the windows event log.

    Any idea?

    As you already have the SEPM manager on version 12.1 RU3 you can try replacing the sylink (communications settings) with use of the SEPM Deployment Wizard for communication setting - this is much faster solution that Sylinkdrop and allows remote managed replacement on several machines - have a look following guide:

    Check if you can telnet port 8014 from client to server. Do you see the little green dot on the yello sheild of the SEP? does it show green dot if you reboot the client?

    most of the times it will be windows firewall which gets enabled after reboot after installing the latest patch.
