I don't have exactly the same problem. In my case, the "Last Time Status" is not current but blocked between 11-17th June.

I don't want to change my SAP Manager so i think it's not a good idea to change XML file.

The solution provided in the subject was to reinstall the Manager and restore the database. it does not help me.
I noticed that my customers do not have the service "Symantec Endpoint Protection" service. In addition, "Symantec Management Client" and "SNAC" are disabled.

When I try to deploy packet it doesn't work. (remote and with usb stick).
When I try to launch SylinkDrop nothing appear.
The only solution i found is unistall and reinstall the client. I have to find something else because I'have almost one hundred computers in this case...
I join as attachment a screenshot. It comes from the windows event log.
Any idea?
