I am trying to auto upgrade my clients from 11.0.6200 to 12.1.2. I am expeiecning extremely slow upgrade times. My hearbeat interval is set to 1hr Pull mode. Sometimes the clients will upgrade ok, but most of the time they do not.I am deploying to both 32 and 64 bit clients, albeit in seperate groups with seprate assigned installers. I can use the built in client deployment wizard, as well as the other remote push deployment wizard, so the issue seems to be with the auto upgrade feature.

communications file is attached.

Did you set an upgrade schedule or leave it unchecked?

initally I ddi not set an upgrade schedule, as it appeared some clients were getting the upgrade without it. I have since set one but so far, no clients are indicating a reboot is neccessary.

Can you enable the sylink.log debugging on one of the affected machines?:

Make sure it runs at least until the client checks in. We need to see the client/server communication.
