    hello,

we have SEPM 12.1.1000.157 with few clients not up to date,

is there a way we need to check or do something that can do it remotely wihout going to clients ?

clients come from different OS such as snow leopard 10.6.8, lion 10.7.3, win xp or win 7.

also when SEPM can manage mac client for deploying ?

it is hard to have all mac clients upgrade with new SEP without deploy.

    thanks,

    chris

can you check whether the clients that are not updates are communicating with SEPM? if not then that could be reason for not updating.

As far MAC OS is concerned you cannot push the package using SEPM. Beginning with Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1, the Client Deployment Wizard can automate the creation of Macintosh client installation packages using Web link and email or Save package. These packages needs to be installed/upgraded.

    Hello,

In your case, it is important to check if these clients are communicating with the SEPM server properly?

Here are few articles which would assist you -

Again in reference to the MAC clients, I agree with pete...From SEP 12.1, you could deploy the MAC clients from the SEPM. Check this Articles below:
