Clients Not Listed in NetBackup

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Have anyone come across an issue with NetBackup 7.1.0.3 on a windows 2008 r2 server, where on remotely deploying a netbackup agent to a w2008 r2 server, it does not appear in the Client list within the console?
The NetBackup server has a production, and backup interface as does the client.
When on the NetBackup Master Backup server - you can configure the client by selecting "Actions" > "Configure Client" and typing the name of the server. You can not browse for the client.
Is this a brower issue? W2008 issue? Network issue? or something else with NetBackup?

Client list is taken from policy database.

then open the properties of the clients there is a global config I dont know the exact name but you enable something there. just review setings carefully.
If it is newly added client
If it is newly added client you should either configure policy or add client with bpclient -add command. Then you will get client in host properties. Let us know if it is different scenario.
