I am running 11.0.6000, with 32 bit & 64 bit client. All the 32 bit clients are showing up in the "View Clients" nad i have the View set for 100 clients. When i open the 64 bit group I only see 1 client, and if I "Refreash" the client name might chage (to one of the 64 bit clients-that i have istalled) or the ID will change. But i can not get all the 64 bit clients to showup.

I also have this same issue on my other network...

On the other network, however - i only get 3 clients to showup and the same issues can happen when i "Refreash"

Did you ghost or clone these machines?
If so, did you "sysprep" or "changesid" after the cloning/ghosting process?

It sounds like you have the 64bit machines sharing a UniqueID.  That would explain why one machine name is replaced with another.  When the client shows up, double click on it and make note of the UniqueID.  then when the new machine appears, do the same.  See if the UniqueId's are the same.

To clear this, on EACH MACHINE you need to delete the sephwid.xml file from c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Symantec Shared\HWID folder.  Also open the registry and go to [HKLM\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SMC\SYLINK\SyLink] and over in the right, double click on HardwareID and delete the number that shows up for this value.

Restart the SMC service on the client and you are good to go.

See this article, BUT also add the step of deleting the sephwid.xml mentioned above with the image OFF THE NETWORK before deploying it.
