We had a similar issue with some imaged servers, due to a duplicated SAV Client GUID. We stopped the SAV service, removed the GUID registry entry "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\LANDesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion\GUID". When the service is restarted it generates a new unique GUID.
