Endpoint Protection

We are running Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1 and for some rease only 23 clients are showing up in our default group.  We have 25 computers on our system running the client and agin only 23 are showing up.  It looks like 5 4 or 5 of the computer are randomly being repoted in the default client but never all 25?  Has anyone encontered this?  We have reloaded and upgraded software both on the server and client with no luck.

Could you check in the SEPM >Admin > Domains, see 2 domains listed?

"default" be the only 1 domain listed.
