Hello,
since a couple of months a few of my SAV CE 10.1 clients (WinXP SP2) don't get updates anymore, even if they regularly check in with the parent server.
I tried to manually update them, copying the latest .xdb file, but it didn't work. So far, I found nothing but to reinstall the SAV client!
What I noticed is that in the Symantec System Center console these clients are listed with the "Scan Egnine" field blank.
I found nothing here in the forums or in the kb.
Any idea?
