Clients seen as offline in SEPM 12
We've just installed Endpoint 12 on a new server, with a blank database. Previously the clients were with version 11.06 and communicated to another server. We've deployed Endpoint 12 to all the clients and everything seems to work fine. In the Management console on the server, all the clients are marked as "offline". On the clients themselves, the Liveupdates are working, the icon has the green dot and if I go in "Help / Troubleshooting", it says that it is connected to the new server.
It is only in the Management Console that they are marked as offline and no client information is available, as if they had never connected to the server. There are no firewalls running on the server or clients and I can even Telnet into the server through port 8014 from a client.
