I have 1.8Lac machines in our enviornment and today when i checked the SEPM home page it showing 1.57Lacs machines as offline including most of the GUPs.

Any idea how suddenly this haapened? All the SEPM services are up and running, i have restarted them once.

On the client side also it is showing as offline, so no reporting issue it looks like, somehting else. Please provide some solution ASAP, this is critical.

Did you just restart the SEPM services? It may take some time for them to check in. If you go to an affected client, right click the SEP icon in the task tray and force it to check in. Does it show a green dot?

Otherwise you can enable sylink debugging on an affected client

I have restarted the SEPM services 2hrs back and still no improvement, clients are not showing green dots.

Ports and all are opened. The other 23K machines are updated from SEPM  only so no issues with network and all. Please suggest some ideas.
