I have 300+ endpoints showing out of date for download protection content on the summary page. This feature is disabled for all servers. I am running 12.1.5 on the management server and the endpoints are running 12.1.4 in most cases.

So it just doesn't reflect accurately? Have you tried testing with a 12.1.5 client to see if it reflects correctly?
I am not ready to migrate the clients to 12.1.5.
You would need to remove the download protection component.
If I remember correctly this is more of a cosmetic problem which is a nuisance.
This feature was not selected when performing the upgrade to 12.1.4. the option to maintain existing features was also not selected. most of the clients do not have this problem 700+.
So the feature is not even being used, meaning the component is not installed and the setting is unchecked in the AV policy?
For the clients that are affected, are they running different versions compared to the ones that are not affected?
