Clients still showing 31-12-2009 definition after patch

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Client still with 31-12-2009 defintion

I have read about the 31/12/2009 bug.....

I have successfully appply the patch to myserver

MY SEPM "Instrusion Prevention Signature"

is showing 2010-03-13 rev002

but in the SEPM client section...the virus definition of clients

it is still 2009-12-31 with a symbol of pc with green bullet

1. so how do i fix this

2. is sepm currently updating the client ? as indicated by the pc with the green bullet in sepm client section ?

3. How long it will take ?

open sepm
click on admin
servers
local site
click show liveupdate downloads (does it say 31st dec for all defs) ?

select download liveupate, check if the dates get changed.

As Refeeq told run liveupdate three times and see wheter it isw updating
Also check this registry value
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SEPM\PatchSequence (32bit 11.0.x)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SEPM\PatchSequence (64bit 11.0.x)
The value for this key should be 1.

Try these steps: 1. Stop 

Try these steps:

1. Stop   the SEPM server service.
2. Go to "…\Inetpub\content\{C60DC234-65F9-4674-94AE-62158EFCA433}" folder and deleted all the sub folders
3)  Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\SymcData\ and delete the following folders:
sesmipsdef32
sesmipsdef64
sesmvirdef32
sesmvirdef64
4)In the registry, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\InstalledApps.
Delete these keys
SymcData-sesmipsdef32
SymcData-sesmipsdef64
SymcData-sesmvirdef32
SymcData-sesmvirdef64
5). In the registry, navigate to and delete the following keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\SharedDefs\SymcData-sesmipsdef32
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\SharedDefs\SymcData-sesmipsdef64
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\SharedDefs\SymcData-sesmvirdef32
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\SharedDefs\SymcData-sesmvirdef64
6). Start the SEPM service back up.
7). Run Live update from within the Symantec Endpoint Protection Management console.
Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 11.x is not updating 32 or 64 bit virus definitions.http://service1.symantec.com/support/ent-security.nsf/docid/2008041516215948
