  • 1.  Clients upgrading automatically

    Hi,

    I upgraded SBE SEPM to 12.1 RU4 recently and I can see all the clients are upgraded automatically. How could it happen?

    I am happy that my job is saved but still interested to know.

    SBE 12.1 RU4 has any known issue?

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Symantec community.

    It's by design in Small Business Edition.

    Only in Enterprise Edition you need to upgrade clients manually. There must be a thought behind it.

    Check this article and comment:

    Your Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition clients will upgrade automatically once the Symantec Protection Center has been upgraded. No further action is required on your part to complete the upgrade process
