In the organistation recently we have started using symantec antivirus version 10.0.1.1000 and OS as windows 2003 Andvanced server (Standard Edition 32-Bit)
We have configured symantec server group successfully by using symantec installation guide.
By using the Symantec System Center installed client software in 5 client machines which is also having the OS as windows 2003 Andvanced server (Standard Edition 32-Bit) and for 1 client machine is having the OS as windows XP.
while installing client software the Status of Remote Client Installation(s) panel, when the remote installation is finished, clicked on Done.Restarted the client computers.
As in the installation guide document after a few minutes, in the Symantec System Center console, on the main
menu bar, clicked on Actions > Refresh.
The client computer were not appearing in the right pane of Symantec System Center console and i have not found any kind of symantec product installed in the client machine.
kindly let me know where i went wrong. what could be the reasons for not displaying the clients in Symantec System Center console.
