  • 1.  Clients in wrong group - AD Sync

    Currently my SEPM is in sync with AD. I'm finding that the PC is in the correct group in AD and the same group is setup in SEPM. Howver, some clients remain in the Default Group. I've tried replacing the sylink, which does take as it shows in the sylink.xml the correct group, but the client still goes back to the Default Group. I've also tried doing a right click and "Sync Now" but still nothing. Any ideas?

    Remove the sync and Try the resync again. This will take care of the issue

    Thanks. I deleted the OU in SEPM and re-imported and synched and they all moved over to the correct group.

    Now I have the question of if a PC is moved in AD, will it automatically download the new sylink and reflect the change in SEPM? Or does a sylink drop need to be done?

    Changes in AD will be reflected in SEPM
