Hi
Trying to run ClientSidePrepTool on a Citrix server running SEP 12.1.6318.6100
Got the application from:
https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO54706.html
It runs for about 5 minutes and suddenly a message pops up
failed: Unable to stop service
Pleace check the policy and make sure SMC Password protection is disabled.
Before updating to RU6 I did not having any problems running ClientSidePrepTool (older version)
Anyone else?
