  • 1.  Clone Prep Tool does not work for SEP 12.1.5 64 Bit

    One of our technicians is trying to prepare an image for cloning.

     

    The Clone Prep tool does not work for SEP 12.1.5 64 bIT.

     

    ERROR: Failed: Unable to Get Install path. Please check if SEP was installed successfully.

     

    How to troubleshoot?
