Cloning and Windows computer name

I want to clone a image of a dual-boot PC (Linux and WinXP) to a number of PCs in a classroom.
I would prefer that the default OS to boot into is Linux, not WinXP. The PCs in the classroom use a DHCP server to get IP address etc...

We don't make use of a Windows domain nor a Windows workgroup for the PCs in the classroom. A Windows PC has a 'Computer name'. After cloning (wihtout post-configuration) all PCs in the classroom have the same computername (the one of the 'model'PC). Although this does not disturb network connection (DHCP..), Windows displays a warning pop-up window about 'duplicate computername'.

This computername can be changed to a individual computername for every PC in the classroom via Altiris post-configuration after cloning. But ... this requires that the dual-boot PCs default boot into Windows... and that I would like NOT TO BE SO ...

Is there any way to get rid of this computername checking in Windows, so that post configuration in Altiris is not needed and the PCs can boot default into Linux?
