Please help to how to close the post if the solution is arrived..

The Person who creates a forum thread can mark a post as solution, once the solution is marked the

post is considered to be closed. Refer to the attached screenshot.

preventing further posts being added to it once either:

* 6 months have passed if there is no solution marked; or

* 1 month has passed if a solution has been marked.

& it will *never* "lock" if there have been no replies at all!

If you are desparate to get a post locked down you could always PM one of the Admins.

You're not specifically thinking of this one are you with its very spurious comment bythe user waldemarrobert?
