  • 1.  Cloud Agent not connect

    I install the agent on the pc put it does not communicate with the cloud.

    The installation is only succesfull if  the pc is connected dirrect to the internet.

    Through the Microsoft ISA it fails......................... what ports do i need to open on ISA?

    ports 80 and 443 are open

    It should only need 80/443. Did you check the ISA logs to see what is being blocked?

    If there is a proxy in the environment it will be necessary to configure the proxy settings in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (SEP SBE) cloud management console, this document will provide instructions for this process.

    Can Manually Configuring Proxy Settings on an Existing Client as well. If proxy settings are entered incorrectly and clients loose connectivity, the correct settings will need to be applied individually on each computer, to do this:
