Cloud Management agent is enable but inactive

We just installed ITMS 7.5 Beta2 successfully.

We installed NS on different box and Internet Gateway on separate box successfully.

Gateway we installed successfully we gone through all with documents and video

but still on roaming client or Outside user agent is not communicating it showing Cloud Management agent is enable but inactive 

agent not getting computer id.

On agent side we done host entry of NS + Internet Gateway
