  • 1.  CMDB on SQL 2008 R2 SP2 ?

    Hi, we currently have SMP 7.1 SP2, CMDB is on a server running Server 2008 R2, SQL is 2008 R2.
    I see in the support matrix SQL 2008 R2 SP1 is supported, but I have been asked if SQL 2008 R2 SP2 is supported, I assume not just yet, but is it?

    It won't affect "entitlement" to support, whatever you have paid for you will still be entitled to.

    In terms of a back-line acknowledgement of the SP2 from July this year I haven't found anything to suggest it isn't what I think you mean "a supported configuration". Company policies and environment may over ride this consideration. I've done some searches and can't find anything conclusive though.
