CMS 7.1 SP2 - Software Portal - Email Notification Issue

Can someone advise if the there's a way to set "Default Email Notifications" both to ticked as the default Profile

"Send an email when the request state changes" & "Send an email when comments are added."

On our setup unless these have been ticked on the main profile page then saved email notifications don't work at all..

Hi Darren,

 

Unfortunately there is no way for administrator to change default state for these checkboxes. This is a good suggestion and based on it was submitted enhancement request.

We have this issue also. Unless they are ticked before creating a new software request, users don't get emailed any updates.
