I wholly agree with DFNKT_ the install goes smoothly enough without the need for any documentation as such. However you are then left with a skeleton infrastructure which still needs configuring and no real intuitive navigation around the console to be able to determine the order of steps to take in order to get the most out of your implementation.

TheSmiz, the items in your links are no help whatsoever once you have the install complete :-(

A real 'Getting Started' document would be a MASSIVE help here!

Before complaining that something doesn't exist or those that provide help aren't helping, I would simply ask that you look around. Like, for example, on the right side of your browser window on this site - "Altiris Endpoint Management Migration from 6 to 7 Information". It contains a whole host of additional links and guides. Additionally, this site, along with Altirigos.com, has numerous videos and how to's.

There is no doubt that Altiris is a fairly complex application, but if you have the time to read up on existing resources, it can really help you in your job functions.
