  • 1.  Code 2316: Over 1000000 incidents currently contained in the database

We increase the Oracle DB and we are still getting the 2316 warning, We where hoping that increasing the size would be the solution. Other than Web Archiving and deleting the incidents and exporting the file.

If we do Web Archiving is there a way to import the file\s back into the database?

Is there a solution to remove the code 2316 once we have increase the database size?

Code 2316 only reflects the number of incidents, not the utilization of the database itself. Once you get to 1M incidents in the database the question is what business value those ealier incidents have especially if those incidents are not being remediated automatically.

As for web archive or deleted files, once removed from the database there is no way to reimport them back into the database. Web Archive is typically used for legal use cases where you need a static incident set to present to legal council. As the Enforce dtabase is constantly being updated as remediation goes on the export is necessary.

    Hi John

Is there a file where we can change the 1M threshold to 2,4 or 5 without any problems is so what are the steps?
