  • 1.  Columns are too small in "My Task list" and "Tickets"

    Hi all, we have the problem that in our ServiceDesk Portal the colums in Tasks Viewer (Menu My Task List) and My open Tickets (Menu Ticket) are too small. (see Attachments) In the home menu the column is correct (see also attachment). The problem occurs only on our livesystem. On our test system the problem doesn't exists. We are using the IE 8. The problem occurs on every PC and also on our SD-Server. If we try this with the firefox browser the problem doesn't exists. We tried to use the compatibiliy view on the local browser - but this was not successful. Can someone help us? Best regards, Eisenkarl

    Is this is SD 7.1, I too have had the same issue with IE as well as others while using IE. I now have all of my SD agents using Chrome without any of the size, page time out or functional issues we had in IE.

    Hi apmsd,

    thany you for your feedback. No we use the version 7.0MR2. On our test environment we don't haave this behavior. It is only on the livesystem.

    Of cource, to use an other browser is a possibility, but this is only a workaround, not a solution.
