Command line replication status details

I am looking for a command which would print out the details of the current replication status.

Any of these details would be enough:

- Replicator Log %%

- Blocks Pending

The reason is to create  replication monitor that would allow custom settings for alerts if Replication Log is used above 1-2% or the number of pending blocks exceeds a custom threshold.

Hi Sergy,

Here is what I use on Windows.  I think the same command works with the other platforms or at least a very similar command.

To get basic configuration details of replication data sets - including RLINK names:

  vxprint -VPl

To get the replication status of a specific RLINK - this should show the percent/blocks pending is SRL or DCM mode.  (update in 5 second intervals based on the -i <number> provided.):

   vxrlink -i 5 status <rlink name>

To get replication throughput details:

  vxrlink -i 5 stats <rlink name>

I like to use the -e switch with the stats output to show the mbps and compression details with each interval update.

On UNIX, "vradmin repstatus rvg_name" gives good output, but I don't think this is available on Windows.

The commands in Wally's email all work in UNIX

On UNIX (only) you can also use vrstat and this gives loads of info.
