Login the Server.

Go to Monitor Tab.

Then Log

In the Log mention Log Type(TruScan Proactive Threat Scan) & Time Range when Virus Detect

Then Click on View Log

There are number of file will Display in it.

Clcik on file which you need to Add in Comercial Application

Then click on Start.

 Select the response as Ignore and select the Group of Cenetralised where you need to ADD.

Apply the Same Exception on that Group where you required

Other Way

Login the Server.

Go to Policy Tab.

Go to Centeralized Policy

Then

ADD-> centralized exceptions -> ADD -> Window Exception ->TruScan Proactive Threat Scan->Detected Process

Choose the File and Change the Action Path as Ignore.

then OK

Asign the policy where you required
