    some of the clients not communicate with server, i have check the green dot is not appearon client.

    How to make the client online with server to get the defintion and policies?

    Pleae don't force for uninstall the clients.

    Replace the sylink file of that client with SEPM sylink.

    have you checked windows firewall? it needs to be off or port 8014 should be allowed...

    No need to uninstall. Telnet the port 8014

    command

    telnet server ip address 8014

    if successfully connected replace the sylink file
