I have 2-3 systems where Altiris agent is not communicating with the server?
Have you telnet from client?
Have you try to renistall the client?

Restart "Symantec Management agent service"
check for DNS name resolution
Try below advise..
1.Restart Service of Symantec management.
2.Host name resolve.
3.Telnet 443 445 port
4.Try to push agent from NS.
5.Re-install altiris agent from altiris link.
Restart Altiris agent service and check....
Restart the service - Symantec Management Agent.
After that push from Agent.
May be the Client firewall Service Started.
Disable the Service & Restart the Symantec Management Agent Service and Check.
