How does the sepm client know how to communicate with the sepm on port 8014? Does it use ip address or netbios name, or something else? How does it know to specifically communicate with that particular server?

In the client there is a file named sylik.xml.This contain the information about the server+certificate.The client will communicate with the server based on that ifo(IP address and name) and it will use its certificates for authentication.
