I am doing research on Social Community sites and very impressed with the Symantec Connect site.  I would be very interested in hearing community members perspective on what is most useful on the site (ex. blogs, discussions, reputation ranking). 

• What are the most useful features?
• What is missing ?
• What would a "minimally viable product" incude for a community site ?
