According to the log, every device was backed up and verified; and this is the entry in the windows event viewer:
"The job completed successfully. However, the following conditions were encountered:
A snapshot operation required by this job was unsuccessful. Check the job log and the Windows Event Viewer for additional information."
there are no orange\red marks on the log, only this - Job status : Completed with exceptions
the job include many VSS

Run
vssadmin list writers
from the command prompt on the affected server.
If any of the writers have an error status a reboot of this server may resolve the issue,

Please install the VSS rollup Patch http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940349 (REBOOT REQUIRED : APPLIED FOR WINDOWS SERVER 2003 ONLY)
Reboot the server and try backups. This is a VSS issue.
Its a best practice to have a "Support Contract" with Symantec...
