Compliance Accelerator Search: How to search time of message

Is it possible to perform a CA search and use the time of the message as a search criteria?  Thank you.

In CA when you create search we get option to select Date Range. This date range is nothing but email received date.

You can specify date range and perform the search.

As EV_Ajay noted, we have the date range fields for your search criteria in CA.  We don't allow for any fine tuning of that criteria to go to the actual time level.  All CA searches are for the entire day of the start date and go through the entire day of the end date.

If you need to be more granular than the entire day, you'll need to use the browser search or possibly use a custom attribute in a DA search.

Remember that Compliance Accelerator seaches expect to provide data for the entire day of the search criteria date span, not for a specific time within that date span.  This is to provide all pertinent data for review to determine if internal company compliance policies are being met.

If there is a need for messages from a specific time range, we provide the capability to specify search start and end dates AND times through our browser search.
