Computer account is locked in Symantec Endpoint protection 8.2

Hi,

Computer account is locked in Symantec Endpoint protection 8.2.It is asking for one-time password method and there is option to choose whether online or offline.Please help me on this how to sort-out this problem.

I believe this is for Symantec Endpoint Encryption. Hope the above article helps.
