I have setup a Report with the following options:

    ·        Report name:  Computers Not Checked into SEPMC Server
    ·        Description: This is a weekly report of servers that do not contact the SEPMC server.
    ·        Report type:  Computer Status Report
    ·        Select a report:  Computers Not Checked Into Server
    ·        Use a saved filter: Default
    ·        Run every:  1 weeks
    ·        Start after:  “Todays date”

I then went in to edit the filter and want to take off the wildcard * on Computer as I only want this report to return servers that have not checked into SEPMC.  Am I accomplishing this or is there somethign else I am missing?  I dont want to have a return off all the workstations that did not check in just the servers.

    Thanks!

    Server

Specifies the servers that you want to see information about.

This field accepts a comma-separated list as input. You can use the wildcard character question mark (?), which matches any one character, and the asterisk (*), which matches any string of characters. You can also click the dots to select from a list of known servers.

So if I delete the * wildcard from Computer it will not return any computers and being that I have the * in place for servers I should see info on all servers correct?

Same here..So server here means SEPM server. If you have all your servers in one group then you can filter it by group.
As SEPM sees all SEP clients as computers.

hi sir vikram instead of regrouping all of the SEPM server, is it applicable if you separated a comma per server when defining your filter.

THere are so many servers in a organization and as a best practice people do put their servers in one group.
