When I execute the Computer Summary report your result is (No Results), I checked all joins and verifiy that the tables [dbo].[inv hardware summary] and [dbo].[Inv_Operating_System_Summary] not has data.

Why these tables was no dat? My policies inventory do not work normally ?

That way we can see if it's the inventory collection and posting process failing or the summary generation.

When I access the Resource Manager of the computers, the data is there.
If I open the Resource Manager of a computer and ask to view the contents of Hardware it shows all the data normally.

I don't know how the summary data tables are populated but guess it's triggered by a schedule like the NS.Nightly schedule in Task Scheduler.

Perhaps the Inventory Manual will tell you.

You can force the population of these two summary tables by running the NS.Daily task on the NS.  Once you do this, do the tables properly display data?

    How I do this ?

My ns.daily are configured to execute all days at 02:10 Am, and the two tables continued blank.

I can to create some task to force the import data to these tables, this import do is not automatic?

The task "NS.Nightly schedule to associate Software component to software product" runs automatically on the Notification Server computer every night at 12:30 A.M. The task manages the software components and program files that are discovered and imported into the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). To immediately get the results, you can run the task manually from Task Scheduler Library.

At the following URL, you can find the steps how to manually run this task: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO63577

For more information about the "NS.Nightly..." task and the software management actions that you can perform with it, please see the article "About the predefined nightly task NS.Nightly schedule to associate Software component to software product"

    Thanks,

It's not the NS.Nightly task.  However, you can use Irina's instructions with the NS.Daily task to run it manually from the NS.  The NS.Daily task is a scheduled task that you can access from Task Scheduler on your NS.  You can then right-click and choose 'Run' from the menu.

Afterward, use the Altiris Log Viewer to determine if any errors occurred while the task ran.  You can view the status of the task by refreshing the window in Task Scheduler. 'Ready' means it is not running.  'Running' means it is running.
