I recently signed up for a trial of endpoint security for business, and after adding several computers, the cloud management console says that it is awaiting the computers activation. It has been on this state for nearly 5 hours now. When doing a network test, it randomly keeps failing sending messages to the server. When I click on 'Home' in the client, 90% of the time the connection times out.
What seems to be the problem, and is this an indication of the level of service to expect from this product? If so, I will take my business elsewhere as we need something that's reliable and works as intended when security is involved.
