Hello All,
We have configured several policies to collect application metering information, and seem to be grabbing data as expected. My issue is the reports for Application Metering, the Concurent Usage report has duplicates of software that has only one policy tied to it, and numbers seem to be very high. As shown in the image below. The Executable Usage report seems to have reasonable numbers, although there are duplicates of software names as well. Any ideas on the cause for these issues? Maybe just an explanation of what the Concurrent usage report is using to calculate a "use". Thanks!!
