  • 1.  Confidence Online Lite - cursor jumps to lower right

    Lately, when connecting to my office via VPN on my new computer - Windows 7 Professional and IE 8 - I get gray Confidence Online Lite icons in my system tray.  Usually, when I'm logged onto our VPN, every few minutes my cursor will jump to the lower, right corner of my monitor, and a new gray Confidence Online Lite will appear.  Usuall, all but 1 of the icons will disappear when I move my mouse over them.  When I hover my mouse of the icon, the tooltip says Confidence Online Lite OFF.  In the help, it also says a gray icon means it's off, or the scan hasn't finished.  I never noticed any kind of scan.

    Is there a way to prevent my cursor from jumping to the lower right every few minutes while Confidence Online Lite is on?

    What version of Confidence Online are you running? I am not finding any documentation stating there is Windows 7 or IE 8 support for this product.

    Sorry it took so long to get back to you.  I thought I would be notified of replies to my question.....

    I'm running version 2.3.1.12 (built Aug 20, 2007) of Confidence Online Lite.
