Endpoint Security Complete

I did a fresh install of Symantec Mobile Management 7.2 SP1 version 7.2.4940 just to see if a fresh installation can resolve a mobile library issue.

My iPad is now getting the error “Configuration Error - MDM Enrollment profile must have a push certificate subject.”

All I can include is the APNS certificate thumbprint in the "iOS enrollment settings".

It sound like your certificate has not the right format. Apple has chanhed its format of the push certificate.
Is yours still valid and what format\content has the subject of the APNS certificate?

I fixed it by requesting the certificate from the "Request Signed CSR File" link.

The cert that was sent via email to be signed does not work anymore. 

You should not need to make any other formatted request, even so you may use your MMS certificates snap-in (from the Windows OS) to create a csr from the machine account, email that CSR to:

MobileCSR@symantec.com

Along with your:

Name:
Phone:
Company Name:
URI:
Email:

As well as the request. Once you receive the signed CSR you should be able to upload it to apple and then import it to your MMS certificates snap-in. If you see a private key associated with the public key, you have installed the cert successfully.
