You can configured the Media Server from your Master Server. As I understood, you wanna do your device configuration which is connected to the your Media Server? Right?

If it is right! Use the 'Device Configuration Wizard' on your Master Server GUI, then just choose your media server, which one you wanna configure. Then follow steps. It will scan and find your devices and then it will configre them.
