    I would like to protect our Outlook Web Access of Ms Exchange server with Symantec Web Gateway. the Web Gateway located between the firewall and the internal OWA Web server. Please suggest me the configuration to set up to filter only Web access from the outside to the internal server

    Symantec Web Gateway is not designed to protect systems from external users accessing servers on your network such as OWA. Symantec web gateway is designed to monitor traffic on your internal corprate network as it leaves the network. For what you are descrbing the SWG is not the correct product. If you are wanting to be sure that the mail in OWA is scanned for threats you should be using Symantec Mail Security for Exchange.
