I'm sorry if this is a repeat question to one that's out there, I just couldn't find it.
I want to setup SEPM server to send me an email notification as soon as a threat has been detected on a managed client. I have scheduled reports setup but that only sends at certain times of the day. Can someone advise?
Thank you,
Antonio Marron

Thanks for the info Rafeeq,
I went through the document but I'm still not getting alerts when machines get a virus. Any other ideas? The scheduled reports email fine, just the instant notification isn't.

You'll need to have setup your mail server
Admin>Server>Edit Properties>Mail Server

Also, your mail server needs to be able to send smtp relays from your SEPM server.
