configure sharepoint farm
hi all
i built a test sharepoint farm that consist of 2 loadbalancing front-end server ,1applicatin server and 1 data sql server. i pushed the clients software to all 7.1.0.3 and i configured the nfs client services and i configured all clients with full admin account.then in the master server i configured the distributed application restore mapping where i added the front end inthe application host and the database sql server to component host.and last configured two polices :one for non-GRTand the other for GRT .both of them will store the backup in disk base appliance stu.the issue is when i try to take abackup in any of the policies i get status error 2 .i suppose that some thing not configured in sharepoint farm.when i try to enter to the web server (front end server) i see the pic below. please advice whats wrong with configuration

If you login to your Sharepiont front-end server, and bring up the Netbackup BAR GUI, do you see the "Sharepoint components"? If you don't, you can't backup Sharepoint, it has to have something there.
If you can see it, try to upload/create some documents in your Sharepoint, you're right - that backup requires Sharepoint to have at least a document for it to work.
