Connecitivty problem in pcanywhere
Check port is open
Symantec PCAnywhere Data Port : 5631
Symantec PCAnywhere Status Port: 5632
Check the port open
1.Check that System is live or not.
2.If live than can able to ping or not.
3.firewal service restart.
4.Telnet port 5631 from Source to remote.

First and main reason behind this isue is port block.
Open the Ports 5631 and 5632.
If port is already open,
Second reason for the issue is Firewall service of Destination Client is Started.
Disable the Firewall Service and Try to Connect.

This issue troubleshoot on few clients and found service of firewall were enable. After disable it work.
On few system after replace dll file it started.
