Connect but disconnect after a while

Hello
I'm using PCAnywhere to connect to a server over the internet.
It does connect but after aroung 1 minute it disconnect.
Server says cable network unplugged and inmediatly it connects again.
I already check callers properties but it has no restrictions about time.
Please give me a hint about what could that be.

Can you ping the server?
Do a ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -t from the remote to the host. replaceing xxx with the ip of the host. if you are having request timed out about the same time as the connection drop you may have some connection issues that will need to be resolved. If to many packets are dropped the connection will drop.
This my not be what you are seeing but just the first thing that comes to mind.
