Connect Solution Problem

Hi Admin,

Today I have facing some issue regarding connect solution point. Someone wrongly select wrong comments and update the thread mark as solution, but when I have check my point table solution point (35 points) are not increasing but my solution count are increasing.

Please see below thread which are updated but I am not received solution point in my point table.

Even I am not received points (1 point) for new discussion,but when i am comments any other thread i have received comments point (1 Point)

Same problem here.

Solutions awarded since last night do not show up under 'Points for Marianne', e.g:

Same for me .. replying to a thread gives me the usual 1 point but no solutions showing up since 10:38 yesterday morning. I know that at least these two have been marked for me since then:

Hi Kevin

We have posted a number of links above. The ones in my post have still not earned points.
The last time I received points for a solution was 24 Apr, 2014 - 17:33 GMT.

I think my number of solutions goes up .. anyone know how to backtrack that so that I can locate anything that has been marked for me over the last few days?

As the track figure goes up there must be something that this is referencing...

Anyone else seeing an issue with email notifications not being received any time a new forum discussion is created or a forum discussion receives new comments?

I saw this last week Thursday for a brief time. Now it's been constant since Tuesday.
