connection to clients from symantec system recory 2011 desktop

Hello,

i have problem with the connection to other clients from symantec system recovery 2011 desktop.

There is not firewall and i have already add the exception to symantec endpoint protection.

Any idea ?

Access needs to be given to the following program through Windows Firewall -

%ProgramFiles% (x86)\Symantec\Symantec System Recovery\Agent\VProSvc.exe

This resolves the issue without having to specify a specific port or range of ports.

How exactly did you specify

How exactly did you specify the exception ? By Port, by IP by EXE ?

there is no firewall. I add

I add the port in registry and disable simple sharing
